eRemedy Online is a membership-driven web platform built for Bill Gray, MD — a homeopathic practitioner whose product idea is unusual: codify decades of clinical reasoning into a symptom-to-remedy matching engine that anyone can use. Symptoms in, matched remedy out. Clean, accessible, gated to members.

The problem

The hard part of eRemedy isn’t the front end. It’s the logic underneath. A practitioner’s diagnostic reasoning — the part that lives in years of clinical pattern recognition — had to become deterministic software that asks the right questions, scores the right way, and returns a result the user can trust. The product also had to live somewhere defensible commercially, with proper member accounts, gated access to the symptom search, and a clear path from public landing page through registration into the product itself.

What we delivered

• A custom symptom-search engine on WordPress. Ailment modules organized by condition category, structured questioning, deterministic remedy matching. The methodology is the product, and the engine is built to carry it.
• A simple flow for the user. Search a symptom, answer a few questions, get a result. Anything more elaborate would lose the audience — so it doesn’t exist.
• Member accounts wired into access control. Login, gated content, membership management, payment processing. The commercial model holds together without a plugin Frankenstein behind it.
• Credibility as a first-class surface. Founder bio that establishes Bill’s credentials, a technology overview that explains the diagnostic logic in honest detail, a blog for ongoing content, and a FAQ that addresses the questions a real funnel surfaces. The trust signals are what make the recommendation engine credible.
