Effective Date: April 29, 2026
1. Commitment to Accessibility
Olibro Design (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to making our website, olibro.com, accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as a baseline standard for the work we ship — for our own site and for the sites we build for clients.
2. Conformance Standard
We build and maintain this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the standard adopted by U.S. Department of Justice guidance for compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
We do not use a third-party accessibility overlay or “accessibility widget” plugin. Instead, accessibility is implemented directly in the site’s code: keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, semantic HTML landmarks, ARIA attributes where appropriate, color and contrast that meets AA thresholds, alternative text for informative images, and compatibility with assistive technologies including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), screen magnifiers, and voice-control software.
3. Browser- and OS-Native Accessibility
The site is designed to work alongside the accessibility features built into your operating system and browser, rather than replacing them. To adjust text size, contrast, motion, or zoom, we recommend using the controls already available in macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge — these provide deeper, system-wide accommodations than any single-site widget can.
4. Limitations and Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time milestone. While we test against WCAG 2.1 AA, some content — particularly older blog posts, embedded third-party content, and PDFs published before our current standard was adopted — may not yet fully meet the target. We continue to remediate as we identify issues and as our content is updated.
Except where expressly stated in a separate written agreement, this statement of conformance is a good-faith description of our practices and is not a warranty.
5. Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter a barrier on this site, have difficulty accessing any content, or have suggestions for how we can improve, please contact us. We will respond to accessibility feedback within five business days, and we treat reported barriers as priority items in our maintenance queue.
