Websites, Well-Kept.

A website is not a one-time project. It's a living business asset. Olibro manages WordPress sites as operational systems — so your site keeps working while you run the business.

Featured client

Patient Safety Movement Foundation

A healthcare-safety nonprofit with zero tolerance for downtime. Managed by Olibro since September 2022.

Backups, software updates, security checks, performance optimization, uptime monitoring, analytics tracking, and page-speed work — on a monthly cadence. The foundation's team emails changes; we ship them. Stakeholders see useful reports; nobody sees outages.

"The team is flexible, adapting quickly to shifting priorities or additional requirements."

PSMF isn't the outlier. Some WebCare clients have been with Olibro for over 10 years — through three major WordPress versions and two hosting migrations.

How we keep sites well

We manage websites as operational systems, not collections of plugins. The goal is to prevent problems, not just respond to them.

01
MONITOR
Uptime, speed, security & AI-crawlability

Uptime, performance, security, and AI-crawlability watched continuously. AI-assisted monitoring flags anomalies — traffic cliffs, response-time drift, schema drops — before a human sees them.

02
UPDATE
Predictable, staged, never straight-to-prod

Core, themes, and plugins updated on a predictable schedule. Every change lands on staging first, gets smoke-tested, then ships to production — never straight to prod, never on a Friday.

03
SECURE
Vulnerability scans, tested backups, access hygiene

Weekly vulnerability scans, off-site backups we actually test for restore, and quarterly access-hygiene reviews. Most agencies "do backups." We've restored them under pressure and can tell you how long it takes.

04
OPTIMIZE
Speed, database, images, scripts

Page speed, database health, image weight, and third-party scripts tuned every quarter. The launch-day PageSpeed score is the floor, not the ceiling.

05
REFRESH
Content, copy & small design changes

Content updates, small design changes, and copy edits handled as a steady stream — not a negotiation. Your team emails the request; the change ships. Hours scale by plan.

06
REPORT
Analysis and recommendations, not metric dumps

A monthly report: what we did, what we're watching, and what we recommend next. Owned by an account team who knows your site — not a dashboard auto-email you'll stop opening after week three.

Is WebCare the right fit?

We'd rather tell you now than three months in. Here's who WebCare serves — and who it doesn't.

Right fit

  • WordPress sites tied to revenue or lead generation
  • Teams without in-house technical staff — or tech teams who want a site off their plate
  • Sites with compliance, HIPAA-adjacent, or uptime requirements
  • Businesses that treat their website as an asset, not a cost center

Not a fit (yet)

  • ×Sites untouched for 3+ years — start with an audit or rebuild first
  • ×Emergency-only, one-off fixes (hourly support blocks are a better fit)
  • ×Shopify stores (the platform handles most of WebCare's job — we support Shopify clients via WebWork retainer instead)
  • ×Proprietary or niche platforms outside WordPress / WooCommerce
  • ×DIY teams who want a tool, not a partner — we're a partner

Three plans. One goal:
keep your site working.

Three plans sized to your site's complexity.

Essential

The floor.

Your site stays updated, backed up, and monitored. No surprises.

Sites built by Olibro start the monthly cadence immediately. External sites begin with an initial site audit, scoped after a short call. All plans: 3-month initial commitment, then month-to-month. Annual plans available — get one month free.

Common
questions

Straight answers to what business owners usually ask before signing on.

For sites we didn't build, month one is an initial site audit: we inventory plugins, review security posture, check backups (and test a restore), establish a performance baseline, and identify anything urgent. You get a written summary of what we found and the state we're starting from — then the monthly cadence begins. Sites we built start the monthly cadence immediately.
We offer three plans sized to your site's needs and infrastructure. Most clients come to us through a project proposal, where WebCare pricing is scoped and detailed alongside the build. For sites we didn't build, a short discovery call is all we need to assess your setup — you'll get a proposal with the right plan and exact monthly cost.
Our standard pro plugin stack — Elementor Pro, Wordfence Premium, CleanTalk, WP Rocket, ACF Pro, and the others we use across every managed site — is licensed and paid for by Olibro and rolled into your monthly fee. Specialty plugins required for site-specific functionality (donation platforms, event management, membership software, forums, and similar) are billed separately at cost.
Yes — most of our WebCare clients started this way. The audit in month one tells us what we're working with. If the site needs significant remediation before ongoing care makes sense, we'll scope that as a separate WebWork engagement first instead of charging you a monthly fee to manage a mess.
Extra work beyond your plan's included hours is billed at our flat WebWork hourly rate, itemized by date and task on a separate monthly invoice. Larger initiatives (redesigns, new sections, campaign landing pages) run as scoped projects alongside ongoing care.
WebCare clients run on dedicated cloud hosting we provision, configure, and manage — server costs are billed directly to you, not bundled into the monthly fee. If your current setup is actively causing problems (chronic downtime, shared-host noisy neighbors, security posture we can't bring up to standard) we'll recommend and handle the migration as part of onboarding. If your current host is solid, we may keep you there.
Month-to-month after the initial three months — leave any time after that with thirty (30) days' written notice. We transfer everything within five business days: credentials, hosting access, current site export, documentation, and a written exit summary. Unused prepaid fees are refunded prorated; we keep a backup archive for ninety days post-termination, then secure-delete. We'd rather you stay because the work speaks for itself.
Shopify handles hosting, security, software updates, SSL, and backups at the platform layer — so most Shopify stores don't need a separate WebCare contract. We support Shopify clients through ongoing WebWork instead: theme adjustments, app integrations, content updates, conversion optimization, and campaign work, scoped per request or as a retainer. Tell us what your store needs and we'll structure the right arrangement.
Auto-updates solve one narrow problem: keeping version numbers current. They don't test that the site still renders after the update, catch plugin conflicts, fix the slow database query that emerged this month, notice your schema broke Google Rich Results, or write the paragraph your team forgot to change on the About page. WebCare is the human layer around the auto-update button.

Let's keep your site well.

Start with a short call. We'll review what you have and recommend the right plan — or tell you if WebCare isn't the fit yet.
