Client Happiness Officer – It’s Not Just a Title Change

As a service company, everything revolves around satisfying our clients’ expectations, and even more so, making sure that they are happy with the services they are getting from us. I spend most of my time with our clients, trying to understand their issues, providing them feedback, discussing their business and how we can help them achieve their goals. In doing so, I got more and more involved in reviewing projects and communicating with clients.

This led me to think that my title should reflect what I do, where my passion is, and where I spend most of my time: making sure that our clients are happy with the services they are getting. And now I am the CHO, Client Happiness Officer!

Finally, as the CHO, my title is in line with my passion.
