Yes. You need to contact Olibro’s support (su*****@****ro.com) and request a backup. We will send you the zip file contianing your website’s files and database.
Yes. We use Cleantalk premium anti-spam to filter most unwanted and spammy comments.
The Website Care Package costs $250* per month. Up to one (1) hour of content update and big fixes is included. Addition time needed to update content, if approved, is billed at $75 per hour.
